The mobile-first UI offers an intuitive interface, making it easy for our technicians to use. They are now taking many more photos, which has improved our documentation. The option to add voice comments with AI transcription has made our records more insightful and detailed. I also appreciate being able to create assets, locations, parts, and vendors on the fly.
